The project is a multi-story office development on Gerard Road, Ikoyi. The building was conceived as an interplay of glass and concrete boxes in 2 blocks conjoined with a grilled shaft and capped at the top with a ventilated concrete hat. It consists of over 2,000 sqm of office space on 7 floors including a penthouse, and a basement parking floor.
